Tethys H10 Plus performs decontamination, washing, thermal disinfection and drying as a single, fast, automatic process. This single cycle eliminates any risk for the operator and efficiently completes the four phases that precede instrument packaging and sterilization.

It only takes 35 minutes to complete the pre-wash, ultrasound wash, rinse, thermal disinfection and hot air drying phases. Tethys H10 Plus is currently the only thermal disinfector able to perform these functions in such a short time.

Tethys H10 Plus is a medical device that complies with EN ISO 15883-1/2. Spray washing is combined with ultrasound and a 90°C thermal disinfection stage with an outstanding value of A0 = 3,000. The procedure ends with a hot air flow that dries the instruments completely.

Tethys H10 Plus combines advanced technology with simplicity of use. The user-friendly touchscreen lets you select the most suitable program from a series of pre-set or customizable options.

Up to 12 cycles can be performed with a single detergent fill. An automatic door lock prevents accidental opening during operation; the tank indicator shows when a top-up is required. 

The Aqua-Stop system protects users against any water leaks. A high-pressure wash pump and discharge pump ensure consistent performance.

Tethys H10 Plus uses hot water to perform effective thermal disinfection of contaminated material. The absence of a chemical disinfectant significantly reduces running costs.

Tethys H10 Plus can be connected to the practice network to enable data sharing and remote device control. 

Each connected device is visible via a workstation from which cycle-related data can be downloaded and process progress monitored.

Tethys models measure 45 cm (Tethys T45) or 60 cm (Tethys T60/D60), allowing for installation below worktops. The D60 model has a drying function to ensure instruments are dry at the end of the cycle.

The device features a mains water connection; this water is treated by a built-in softener. It can also be connected to a demineralized or hot water supply to reduce cycle times. 

While the T45 has a standard single-phase 230 V power supply, the other models have a 3-phase 400 V power supply as standard (easily changed to 230 V with a conversion kit).

The new Tethys models are EN 15883-compliant. This means the machines meet the most recent washing-disinfection requisites, providing wash cycles that can be controlled, verified and repeated.

The thermal disinfector is controlled via a frontal glass panel with soft-touch controls. During each cycle, the LCD displays comprehensive information on operation, with dynamic display of key parameters: time, temperature and phase.

Tethys models give users complete control over thermal disinfection processes, as required by EN 15883. Reports on completed cycles are saved on the internal memory of the device and can be downloaded via the frontal USB port.

Cycles last just 34 minutes and include ultrasonic washing, thermal disinfection and drying. The effectiveness of thermal disinfection on external surfaces has been verified as per EN15883-1 and EN15883-2.

Users can assemble and disassemble the instrument holder at any time: this lets them use the traditional basket so the Tethys H10 retains its original ultrasonic thermal disinfector function.
