Rotary device maintenance
Rotary instruments can be a major source of cross-contamination risks. It is therefore essential to clean, disinfect, lubricate and sterilize them regularly after each use.
Thalya Plus
Thalya Plus takes automatic maintenance of rotary instruments to the next level by executing a cycle that includes all the necessary stages: cleansing, disinfection, lubrication, purging and drying.
In the event of instrument slowdown or stoppage, the system eliminates the risk of internal contamination by way of an integrated process that effectively neutralises any pathogens.
A complete cycle in 12 minutes
The complete cycle consists of 6 automatic stages: duct purging, internal cleansing, internal and external disinfection, lubrication, excess oil purging and drying. Simultaneous treatment of 4 instruments can be completed in just 12 minutes.
Up to 4 instruments together
Thalya Plus can treat up to 4 instruments in parallel: turbines, micromotor handpieces and scalers. To begin treatment, simply use the dedicated adapter. The couplings rotate 45° to make it easier to place and remove instruments.
Maximum flexibility with adapters
Thalya Plus maximises flexibility by providing adapters for instruments and handpieces. With the specific adapter, even micromotor handpieces can be rotated, allowing detergent, disinfectant and lubricant to reach every part of the instrument.
Cycle traceability
A USB port on the rear of the machine lets you download reports on each completed cycle. An indispensable tool to ensure complete traceability of the reconditioning process.
One detergent-disinfectant
Thalya Plus performs cleansing and disinfection with a single product. Two integrated, easily accessible tanks are located on the right side of the device: consult the user manual to check which liquids are approved for Thalya Plus.
Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity
Thalya Plus features Wi-Fi connectivity. Once linked to the network, the device can receive remote technical assistance through the EasyCheck service.
Thalya
Stern Weber ensures long-lasting rotary instrument performance with Thalya, a compact yet versatile solution that lubricates instruments after cleansing, disinfection and drying, but before sterilization.
55 seconds to lubricate and purge 4 instruments
The Thalya cycle has 3 main stages: purging the ducts, lubricating and purging excess oil. Simultaneous treatment of 4 instruments is completed in just 55 seconds.
Ease of use
Thalya has been designed to optimise workflows. The couplings rotate 45° to make it easier to place and remove instruments.
Simple, user-friendly keypad
The Thalya control panel ensures immediate, intuitive interaction with the machine. Users can customise the duration of individual cycle stages to match their needs.

Cleaning the spindle
A specific support also allows the spindle to be treated, removing all dust and dirt residues from the handpiece tip.
