SW Platinum
This high-end autoclave incorporates an innovative water treatment system that can complete up to 50 cycles with just 5 litres of mains water.
In addition to ensuring efficiency and outstanding performance, this autoclave also delivers sustainability. To make installation easier, all three models - with load volumes of 17, 22 and 28 litres - have the same external dimensions.
7'’ HD display
The touchscreen gives users access to video tutorials on autoclave use, load positioning and periodic maintenance. Cycle reports saved on the device's memory can also be consulted.
Efficiency and sustainability
The SW Platinum autoclave has an integrated recycle filter. Demineralizing and purifying used water reduces mains water consumption (100ml/cycle) and avoids having to store cumbersome, less sustainable demineralized water containers.
Cycle times and Modular Drying
High-performance internal components and precision control of the different stages of sterilization keep autoclave cycle times extremely short.
Load quantity can be selected using the Modular Drying function. This adapts the drying time, further reducing overall cycle times: a complete B cycle takes just 31 minutes.
Print options
Networked and shared by multiple autoclaves to optimise use of space, the optional printer can produce adhesive QR code labels that identify the sterilizer, the cycle used, the outcome and the expiry date. Barcode labels and cycle reports are also available.
Advanced traceability and NFC connectivity
Stern Weber prioritises traceability by providing advanced sterile load monitoring tools. In addition to QR code/barcode labels, the SterilConnect app and MyTrace platform are also available.
Activating user ID ensures only authorised personnel are able to access the autoclave functions. Recognition is granted through the provided user-paired NFC card and an NFC sensor on the device.
Cloud and SterilConnect environment
The Di.V.A. digital assistant can be used to save cycle reports, monitor the device or access video tutorials, manuals and usage statistics.
EasyCheck software lets you receive remote assistance quickly. Lastly, the SterilConnect app links you to the autoclave via a connected mobile device, allowing you to manage processes and monitor the device.

Integrated mains water and demineralization
An integrated demineralization filter means mains water can be used without any external devices. Savings are immediate and no space needs to be set aside to store bulky demineralized water containers.
Sensors monitor water quality, while notifications show filter status to ensure efficiency.

The 3.2" display provides a combination of clearly presented data and user-friendly controls, streamlining workflows. Easy to install, a simple guided procedure aids the initial configuration.
Versatile installation
Three models with different capacities (but identical external dimensions) allow you to select the machine that best suits your needs. Installation is simple and unaffected by the chosen load volume.
Test and maintenance reminders
Autoclave users can also activate notifications concerning routine tests. With this function, the sterilizer indicates the need to perform scheduled tests: Vacuum Test and Helix - Bowie & Dick Test.
Maintenance deadline warnings are also displayed to ensure optimal device efficiency and performance.
Traceability
The autoclave has a barcode label printer to optimise sterile load traceability. Di.V.A. and MyTrace provide further monitoring support. Generated reports are saved on the autoclave memory (up to 10,000 cycles). These can be downloaded in PDF format via the USB port.
DataSter software, supplied as standard, allows direct automatic downloading of reports to a network or PC folder.
