Millseal+EVO
This automatic dental thermal sealer performs the entire packaging process, from preparation to sealing. Thanks to a few easy-to-use keys and motor-driven scrolling in both directions, users can adjust pouch length with precision. This results in significant paper savings.
Operational versatility
The Programme key automatically prepares pouches in the specified quantity and length and can be used to establish up to two sets of parameters.
Once a programme is selected, the device automatically prepares the pouches. Alternatively, you can opt for the manual procedure.
User-friendly display
Selecting the programme is simple and straightforward. During the packaging process the large display shows the settings (pouch length and number), providing at-a-glance parameter control.
Advanced sealing
Millseal+ Evo is equipped with electronic control of parameters (time and temperature) and guarantees a 12 mm wide sealing band that exceeds legal requirements. Visual/acoustic indicators provide information on correct device operation.
Millseal+ Manual
The Millseal+ Manual dental thermal sealer gives users full freedom to set the pouch length. To cut and close the pouch, operators simply have to press a lever. Completion of sealing is indicated by a beep.
Guaranteed performance
Automatic temperature adjustment ensures effective heating control in the sealing area, resulting in consistent long-term performance. The thermal sealer also has an overheating protection system and an automatic energy-saving standby mode.
Ergonomics and practicality
Easy to use, Stern Weber thermal sealers are extremely reliable, making them valuable additions to any dental practice. The positioning system keeps the paper in place and prevents rewinding of the roll after cutting and sealing, thus providing a linear, uninterrupted procedure.
Easy pouch management
Three rolls can be housed simultaneously, up to a maximum width of 300 mm. To use a different format, simply replace the roll using the bar located directly behind the thermal sealer.
Millseal Rolling
For those who require faster sealing of pre-cut pouches that are sealed on three sides, the Millseal Rolling dental thermal sealer offers the advantage of automatic feed. Sealing pressure and temperature are adjusted via a keypad and operating parameters are shown on the LCD screen.
Long-lasting sterility
The 15 mm sealing multiband ensures the long-lasting sterility of packaged instruments. Temperature adjustment makes it easy to control the sealing action, ensuring consistently high performance over time.
Automatic feed and photocell
The packaging procedure is fully automatic. A photocell allows precision control of automatic on-roller pouch transit.
Integrated printer
Millseal Rolling can incorporate a printer that, during sealing, prints packaging and expiry dates on the pouches.
